I am a very recently retired high school Health teacher and volleyball coach with 34 years of experience. I enjoy running. dog-walking, playing my flute and violin, hiking, and strength training. I have spent my life learning about and using movement, exercise, and good nutrition to provide me with confidence, strength, endurance, and stress management. I have had a life-long passion to guide others in these areas as well, and help them live an active and well life. I am a strong believer that fitness and good nutrition can have profound effects on one's physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. After 34 years of working with many students and athletes at one time, I am looking forward to working with people one on one and developing individualized programs that best suit their specific needs and goals.
